Eugene Burutsky
Eugene started his construction career in 2004 and spent four years earning his Surveying Technology degree at the University of Salford. He then spent a number of years preparing cost estimation for main contractors on projects with budgets up to £5m.
He has established multi-year proactive work across land management, property and construction | calculating and managing the costs relating to projects, from helping create initial estimates to finalising the complete budget requirements.
